Had today THANK YOU. I had been really looking forward to going. At 72, with a neurological condition, I often can't get out alone. Unfortunately my daughter had to work and I was having balance problems so never got. I have just started back to craft after a 30 tear break. It was lovely to join you, so again Thank you

There's usually all sorts of other related things to see. Think of it more as a fibre show. So there's always wool..and other yarns too of course. But also embroidery, sculpture, spinning, haberdashery, ceramics, anything that people interested in yarn might be interested in too 😊

What a lovely wool show Marion. It reminded me of the shows I used to go to with my daughter, here in the Pacific Northwest. One was called Black Sheep Gathering, the other, Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival. My daughter Yvonne has been involved with fiber since a small child, learning to spin, weave, knit and sew from both myself and her paternal grandma. She started her own online specialty yarns business, called Lavendersheep some years ago, and has made a great success of it. She has booths at these shows, as well as selling her yarns online. I was so excited to see what was at the show you went to and was not disappointed. I was just about drooling on my shirt front at all of that gorgeous color and fiber. Thank you so much for taking us along and introducing us to some of the lovely vendors. It was simply magical! 😊❤

Thank you Marion, I am so glad you liked her yarn. You see her yarn the same as I do, she lives a long distance away from me, so I too must visit her website to see her beautiful yarn. Sadly I have always been allergic to both wool and linen, so never did learn to spin, knit, or weave. She is a fine spinner, knitter, and weaver too. At the wool shows she would always read the labels for me before I touched anthing. We made a game of it, to see if I could get through the shows without getting a rash or having an asthma attack. Angora and Marino were the worst for me. Watching you go to the show just gave me all kinds of happiness! 😊

You are so much fun to listen to and share. The Wool Show was very interesting. Very similar to our shows in Australia. I know I do not know you to share a cuppa with but I knew that you would bring home the Patons Beehive. I would have if I was there and saw it. Good on you Marion. We don't take much to make us feel warm and fuzzy...just some lovely wool to touch and get all excited about and be in the same space as like minded creatives. That's all for now, but thank you so much for your video. I have been out with lovely friends today and turning your video on was very relaxing while quietly sipping a cup of tea all on my own some in my teeny weeny cottage. Hugs

Lovely show, so many beautiful treads. It’s good I wasn’t there because otherwise we would have been eaten only beans for at least a week😂. Love Tineke
