"This is the laundry area and next to it here, you have an area to dry your clothes"...before the cameraman can even show it... "Let's get back inside." The house has potential, but needs changes to the layout: A. Outside is nice but needs green space to soften the hardscape. B. Eliminate the guest bedroom and incorporate some of the space into the kitchen/ dining area. C. The living/ family room should be a large space on the first floor. D. The stove, sink and refrigerator MUST be in close proximity to form an efficient triangle. E. Remove the full bath from the first floor and create a powder room (toilet and sink). F. Rearrange the second floor to create 3 bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms including a master. There is enough space to create a nice home.
