Nigeria is a way ahead of us when it comes to Real Estate. Even whe you watch their latest movies, you can see that.

I love all your videos and the houses that you show however why are they so expensive when I see other homes in Ghana that are half the price and with more land..."

This property is in a prime location in Lagos and in one of their luxurious gated community for high class clients. The land size is bigger than our usual size for a house in a gated community in Ghana.

Its about quality and Taste, its not about Land and space..?! we are in the time zone of 2030/ Micro time zone.. think forward, not backwards.. !!, except you still want to continue in the poor Design/ and Taste less low Quality properties spread across accra with poor Roads and poor drinage System and frequent electrity Power outputs/shortages.. Beware..!

@@michaeldjimanor8393 and who do you blame for poor roads , poor systems and all. I’m not one of those realtors and contractors who have no travelling experience. Make your point and express your sentiments without being rude. Did you read my comment well? What do you think adds up to the value of a property? Would you keep comparing countries when you don’t understand the other factors that steers the business?

@@CODREALTYPROPERTIES...why do you guys in ghana build a house without thinking about your surroundings..? you build a house but neglects the direct roads that you will access to enter into the house, Tell me why ? You are waiting for whom to come and build the pavements/roads that gives you the direct access into the new house..?! Answer me..? !! I guess you're waiting for the Government, as always? Dont just build houses, build up the surroundings also, with payments and good entering roads to access the house..just do the right thing as a responsible and a modern forward Looking exstate developer..the truth is hard to accept and bitter to swallow, but in the end, it does Pay off, just do the right thing, dont just build houses, build both houses and good pavements/ roads to access the house, then we will come and buy the house...! thanks

@@michaeldjimanor8393 I think you made a good point here but I don’t know if it’s the same in Nigeria or Ghana or as matter in whole of Africa. I’m from the DRC and what ever is deemed as owned by the government and you even dare to touch it trouble will follow, we have few stories where people or groups of people had the good faith and wanted to build better surroundings such as roads better draining systems but weren’t allowed to get the permit because the government wasn’t allowing it. There’s really little you can with such government by hey it is what it is hopefully with the time we shall see improvements (slowly but surely)

This property is in Nigeria! Cwesi Desmond is Ghanaian, but he only the estate agent, not the builder! Cut him some slack!
