Still exploring LowRes-HiRes approach in destruction with fully procedural automatic fragmentation (VB only). LowRes sim is quite fast and controllable (it takes about 5 min to sim). HiRes sim is divided to several independent parts: floors, colonnas, walls, windows. Also each part is divided in to several independed partitions (5 floors in each partition). So I can run sim in parallel on multiple computers. HiRes sim takes about a day. It's still WIP - I'm unhappy with FFX sim and have some ideas about improving rbd stage. But I'm really proud with HiRes VB smart activation system. I'm analizing distortion of lowres fragments (I'm tracking distance changes between lowres frags) and if it exceeds a certain threshold - do VolumeBreaking.
