Ingredients
Fish-1/2kg
Chilli Powder-2tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1/2tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Small Onion-4
Ginger-one small piece
Green chilli-5
Curry leaves -
Coconut Oil-2tbsp
Salt-
Kudam Puli(Gambooge) -1big piece
Water -2cup
Thick coconut milk -1cup
Method
Mix everything together except fish and coconut milk ..
Then add fish and close the pot and cook ..
When the fish is 3/4th done add curry leaves and green chilli..
Then cook till the gravy is bit thick ..
Finally add coconut milk and mix well and don't boil ,just heat ..
Then season with small onions and curry leaves ..
So the tasty Thrissur fish curry is ready to serve ..
Serve after few hours will increase the taste ..
