I went through multiple other sources to try to set this up and they were all WRONG. THIS was right and I love how you just don't show how to do it Andreeea but explain the what and why you are doing so that it all makes sense. This video and the Medium blog were fantastic, THANK YOU!!

I'm not seeing the code that you used for the specific event trigger that you reference at 7:11

Here's the snippet, copy-paste it exactly as it's here: window.addEventListener("message", function(event) { if (event.data.type === 'hsFormCallback' && event.data.eventName === 'onFormSubmitted') { window.dataLayer.push({ 'event': 'hubspot-form-success', 'hs-form-guid': event.data.id }); } });

Super useful!!! I successfully set up Linkedin Conversion tracking. However, how do I make sure that the specific event is tracked?

Do you mean on LinkedIn or in GTM?

@@SchoolContentNet Thank you for replying. I would like to make sure that the conversion to a specific form on our page is tracked correctly on LinkedIn. I use GTM to set up and I set up the Hubspot Form Listener just like in the video. The tag for HS form listener fires every time, however the form submission listener listen to all forms and not just the form that I want to track. I would like to to just track the form submission on the page that I am running ads for. I am using Hubspot embedded form, and I have try Form ID, Form Text but none works to track a form submission on my specific page.

@@LeNguyen-cs8qn Got it. In this case, you need to add the Hubspot form ID that you get from HS itself in the code snippet of the form listener. So your snippet will become window.addEventListener("message", function(event) { if (event.data.type === 'hsFormCallback' && event.data.eventName === 'onFormSubmitted' && event.data.id === 'the hubspot form id goes here') { window.dataLayer.push({ 'event': 'hubspot-form-success', 'hs-form-guid': event.data.id }); } }); If you set it up like this, you're basically creating separate form listeners for each form. So you could also have this particular listener listen only to the page where the respective form is. For example, let's say you have a Download form on a page called site.com/webinar/webinar-name, you could condition this listener to only trigger on that specific page, instead of all pages.

Ok but there is not a section in GTM to add Conversion IDs (only insight Tag ID) - how did Conversion IDs get there?

The Conversion ID is added to Tag Configuration in GTM. You select LinkedIn InsightTag 2.0 as the Tag Type, then add your Partner ID and Conversion ID in the same tag config window.

Sorry only now I realized you might be using the wrong tag. You need to use LinkedIn Insight Tag 2.0, not LinkedIn Insight Tag. So in GTM, go to Tags > New > Community Template Gallery -> search for the tag template called LinkedIn Insight Tag 2.0. Once you add it to the workspace, you should see the Conversion ID field. Let me know if this isn't working.
