Here are some .mov files suitable for analysis that I put together for analysis. They include a scale. Constant Speed cars, Slider on an inclined air track, and a rocket launch.

Tracker Version 3.10
"Free Video Analysis and Modeling Tool for Physics Education"
This is a video showing me using an open source free ware Tracking program to analyze the motion of a slider on an airtrack at a 2 degree incline. I've been using this program for less than an hour, but already there is so much to like about it. It is quick to use, the learning curve is not to bad. It has a nice graphical interface with pretty detailed instructions.
The tracking feature for point masses is so nice. It is much less time intensive than some programs I've seen where you have to manually click on a datapoint for each frame. I haven't tried it yet, but this program permits rotational analysis, custom fits, custom data functions. One does not have to technically install the program as it is will run off of a jump drive. This is nice when you are using a machine that has most of its administrative privileges locked down. It gives you a lot of control, and at this price can't be beat!
I've not played around with it yet, but the program allows you to do analyze rotational motion, spectral lines and more. Haven't been using it long, but I'm a big fan. As a high school physics teacher, this program seems easy enough for my students to use, yet powerful enough to do some really cool stuff... and its free. I could evision my students being able to do some video analysis from home.
