My father in law bought a new 674D in 1973 to celebrate me marrying his last daughter! I still got the daughter and the tractor! ;) Nice diesel tractor, and fairly easy to work on also. I had a front end loader installed years ago, and it's like having 4 hired hands for this old man! 😉

The International 674 has been a good tractor for me. It's just about the perfect size and HP. I don't know what I would do without it. Congratulations on keeping the tractor and the daughter.

@@circlepfarm3776 Thanks! I am looking for videos on repairing the lines to the steering under the steering wheel. Mine are leaking big time!

@@MagaRickn I have not tried fixing the leaks from the steering. Mine leaks some from the actual steering pump below the steering wheel but not bad enough to try tearing the pump apart. Hopefully you can just replace the lines. If I do decide to tear into mine, I will definitely make a video of it.

Nice 674, great tractor. The dirt in filter is probably the material from the parking brake band.

You are probably right. I had to change the park brake several years ago.

The magnets are disc shaped. They are about 5mm thick and 10mm diameter. Yes, it is a Dunham Lehr loader with the single cylinder for bucket tilt. Thanks for watching.

Gaday from Queensland, Australia. I’ve got problems with the 3 pt linkage lifting and lowering while slashing. It will now only lift & lower via the draft control lever. My steering and bucket go fine. Could this be the issue or am I doing something else wrong?

Have you checked the friction washer under the lift control lever? You may just need to tighten it up a bit.

Thank you. I don’t know what I would do without this tractor. It’s big enough to do what I need, yet nimble enough for small lots.
