This video reviews my traditional bow hunting set-up for 2024 which is Backwoods Composites MOAC 2.0 limbs on a 19 inch Backwoods Composites HIT-19 Riser. These recurve limbs have very aggressive amounts of recurve and are often called "supercurves" or "big hooks". You get much higher performance for the amount of draw weight you hold because the bow loads up more in the front of the draw cycle and gets very smooth at the back of the draw cycle. Those performance benefits do come with some trade-offs which I discuss in the video. This video is not sponsored. I paid full price and waited the full lead time to receive the riser and limbs. I also used Day Six HD 300 arrows, Ethics inserts, Iron Will Broadheads, Trad Vanes and natural wild turkey feathers, a Gunshy quiver, halo nocks, TTT flemish twist string, and a Yost predator tab.
