2 kl Beef Sirloin - approx. 500g per slice
Season with Salt & Pepper
Stuffing:
2 medium size Carrots
3 pcs Pickled cucumber
2 small boxes Cheese (i used OK cheese brand)
350g Pork backfat
350g Pork Liver
3 medium size Redbell pepper
250g cheesedog (brown)
2 medium size yellow onions,finely chopped
2-3 Liter of water
1 cup soy sauce
*Ground black pepper
1/4 cup cooking oil
2-3 medium size yellow onions, finely chopped
1000ml (1000g) Tomato sauce
170g Liver spread (2small can)
3-4 Tbsp white sugar
Garnish: Chopped parsley
