Traditional Kundapur Style Prawn Ghee Roast - Mangalorean Seafood Recipe

1 kg prawns
Salt as per taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
Curry leaves
3/4 tsp methi seeds
11/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 1/2 tsp peppercorns
3 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp musard seeds
8-10 red chillies a mix of beg and Kashmiri
10-12 garlic cloves
8-10 cashew nuts
1 small ball of tamarind
Curry leaves
1 tsp jagger/ sugar
Salt as per taste
Ghee as required
