dear guruji... many thanks to all the videos I have been following them regularly... but I would be happy if you hire a professional camera crew and plan a series of proper documentaries about fitness. different fitness goals have to be persued with different approaches. I think if you can come up with elaborate fitness videos then many many people like me across subcontinent will be grateful to you..... with warm regards love and respect.....

50 shoulder press *15 seconds break 60 shoulder press *50 seconds break 50 alternate shoulder press *30 seconds break 50 bicep curls with straight arm *30 seconds break 50 arms extended sideways forearms twists *20 seconds break 55 arms extended front forearms twists *Finish Based on what guruji is saying 1. You need to have atleast two maintenance days where you are taking rest from heavy workouts. On those days you have to do these. These are also off season maintenance exercises. 2. You need to do 2 sets of every exercise - shoulder press, alternate shoulder press, bicep curls, forearms side and front (one each I think) = 8 sets. 3. You need to perform this routine within 10 minutes, so you shouldn’t take a break of more than 30 seconds between sets or you will take more time. 4. Other than cardio, this exercise as guruji said, builds strong foundations at the tissue level and prevents any injuries when you lift heavy. 😊
