Recipe: (2 bowls)
200g mixed mushroom
500g Young Jackfruit, cooked
25g culantro
40g galangal
40g lemongrass
10g kaffir Lime leaf
500ml coconut milk
400ml water
4tbsp light soy sauce
1tsp salt
4tbsp lime juice
Instruction:
1. Add coconut, water, galangal, kaffir lime and lemongrass into the boil.
2. add mushroom and jackfruit.
3. season with salt, soy sauce.
4. add kaffir lime and culantro and simmer for 1 min. turn off the heat.
5. season with lime juice and fried chili and add some chili oil.
