ZELNIK / Traditional old recipe
➡️Ponovo eden Starinski Makedonski Zelnik so praz i mlado kromidce
Si isprziv 15 mladi kromidcinja , i 5 praza
Gi isprziv bez maslo za 10 min za da ispie vodata !
Posle mu dodadov maslo , go przev duri da omekne , mu dodadov sol,biber, i crvena piper,
➡️Za testoto upotrebiv
4 casi brasno ( upotrebiv brasno sto e mesano so pecivo i soda b ,
1 lajce sol
50 ml maslo
2 casi mlaka voda
➡️Za premackuvanje
Margarin is maslo
➡️Se mese testoto , se pravat 25 mali topcinja
15 za dolu 10 za gore
➡️Se mackaat so margarin posebno -15 -posebno 10 te
Se ostavaat vo frizider 15 min
Se sucat prvo 15te se stavat korata dolu vo tepsivceto,
Se turiva zaireto nad korata
➡️Se sucat 10te i se stavat nad zaireto , da se izguzva ,
Se macka so margarin i maslo
Se pece na 180 c za 30-40 min ili duri da dobie ubava zlatna boja !

I made it traditional way old-fashioned Macedonian Zelnik , with just only leaks and green onions. I didn’t put no cheese no eggs in it. 
➡️This is the recipe
For the filling
15 stalks of green onions
5 stalks of leeks
➡️Seasoning
Salt
Black Pepper
Paprika
➡️Dough
4 cups self rising flour
1 tsp salt
50 ml oil
2 cups warm water
➡️For brushing
Unsalted butter
Oil
 ➡️Description !
First fry the onions and the leeks ,fried them for 10 minutes without oil
till observe the water ,than add oil and fry it till it gets nice and soft. Add the seasonings , let it cool off. 
➡️Make the dough!
Knead the dough with your hands or you can use them stand mixer
➡️Make 25 small balls as big as his golf ball
➡️15 balls for the bottom 10 for the top 
➡️Roll each one out as big as dessert plate ,brush it with unsalted butter. The butter should be room temperature.
 make the 15th first ,brush each one and put it on top of each other. 
Don’t put any butter on the last one
➡️Roll the other 10 also and do the same way
➡️Cover it with plastic and leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes
➡️Rolled the 15 first for the bottom, roll it out as big as your baking pan to overlap the pan ,
➡️Brush the dough with a unsalted butter ,and add the filling ,all over
➡️Make the other 10 for the top
 roll it out as thin as you can ,put it on top of the filling 

➡️brush it with unsalted butter and oil all over on the top
➡️Preheat your oven on 375°. Bake it for 30 to 40 minutes or till golden Brown.
➡️take it out serve it with feta cheese or yogurt ,or just like that
it's delicious.
