It would be a dream to wheel like that "back East". That much snow on the ground would be full throttle rev limiter beat downs all day long.

I use the existing boots from the t case and used the new ones that came with the tg dual cases. Hit me up on ig I respond faster there and If you have anymore questions. amg_t4r

Did your rig have ATRAC/Crawl control? if so, were you able to retain all stock functions? Thanks and nice rig/great driving!

Yes it does and still retain all stock functions but I don’t even use it all.

They are 40x13.5 tires on 17x9.5 -32 offset wheels

Any reason you went with Trail Gear instead of Marlin?

Got a cheap deal on the trail gear and I believe that marlin crawler isnt make any atm.

@@vladd5291 the crawl box ratio is 4:7:1 and it bolts onto my stock transfer case which is 2:28

@@Amg_Offroad got it. So you kept the stock chain driven transfer case (which is 2.556:1) and mounted a 4.7:1 gear driven reduction box on top of that. That’s the same that Marlin crawl box works. Did you replace front and rear driveshafts? I’d imagine the rear one now has to be shorter and the front one longer.

Big props for doing it, by the way. 5th gen 4runner community seem to be overly protective over their rigs and don’t actually do real stuff like this.
