I'm still cleanin'! Haha! I love how you end this video with cleaning, scrubbing, still doing the same thing, lol. It's tiring work. I'm planning on adding a cargo trailer to my Vanlife, so I'm doing research on possible repairs needed in the future. This was helpful.

I was in a quandary about turning an old army blanket into a curtain of sorts to insulate the side door of my cargo trailer. the other option was to deconstruct the door and insulate. After watching this its nice to know I have the ability, but the inclination just evaporated.

A lot of work-that had to be done. I'm sure when You're through with the repair's the door will be better than when it was new. As evidenced by 1 solid piece of Plywood rather than 2 halves. I've thought about You're peep-hole idea many times. That's a great idea. A lot of people don't realize a window in the the door say's "Come On In And Unlock The Door From The Inside When I'm Gone" to a thief when they bust the door window out. I'm sure You'll be proud of You're work when You're done.

You and I think so much alike. That was why I didn't go with door in the window, even though it is tempting. Thanks for watching MT.

Air impact is much easier to remove the nuts from carriage bolts that are prone to spinning.

I used 3/4 inch plywood. Some doors are thicker than mine though. Good luck on your project.

Looking good so far Greg. some times WD 40 will help to remove the old caulking or putty. I know that's a little late but maybe for another time.
