Great video. It’s not talked about often, but professional rugby union/league players do perform a lot of bicep curls and tricep extensions too. Not just for strengthening purposes but they all love big arms 😂

So working up to your highest weight for a set of 1,3, or 5 you can work out what your strength is. working to a % of that strength will allow you to get stronger. the easiest way to increase strength is do reps at easier %'s

Number = exercise order. Letter = how many exercises in that section 1A = 1st section, 1 exercise 2A 2B = 2nd round with 2 exercises super setted 3a 3b 3c 3rd round triset (3 exercises back to back)
