Dude, this was awesome! I’ve always been a fan of Tim as a mixed martial artist, and for SERVING our country…But after hearing this interview I’m even more impressed! Everything he said resonates with me and I have the same beliefs and values both mentally and physically, BUT it also helped me recognize where I can improve and put more work in as a father and as a man day to day. Thank you👍🏻

This is super intense. Tim has incredible energy and it's contagious. He touched on some very important points here. One of the most important is having people around you to keep you accountable. Without those people, it's very hard to stay the course when things get rough. I also love the idea of being hardcore about serving others. It is a true formula for staying happy and fulfilled. Great interview!

Training for the unknown and being as prepared as possible. I was asked that question and that’s actually almost word for word what I said as well. You have to prepare for those moments to protect yourself and loved ones and expect that nobody will come to help you.
