In my African culture life is about love and forgiveness. The language I speak is proverbial/non-provocative and all the greeting is based on insisting on one's well-being/state of mind. It invokes a response of a true communicative which makes you feel right alive each time person greets another. For example. when we want to say good morning. a question is asked instead ,,: ARE YOU AWAKENED? means good morning. ..( DE WA ?) is an entire phrase and a sentence that already defined as it is said automatically. No Stress heavenly language. A soul seeking in depth communication. And when we say good night, we say (GBA WLU. ) meaning I depart with my speech. And we do not have a word for good-bye.

I was 14, and saw Gary Zukuv for the first time on a Oprah show, about his book, and the words that he said that literally opened my third eye, so to speak, were when he said, 'when you see someone crying, know they are in pain... And see them everyone as souls...' WOW.. It changed something inside my very being which has alwaysed helped me in so many times in my life.. THANK YOU GARY, YOUR ESSENCE AND VERY BEING IS SUCH A BLESSING AND TRULY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR WISDOM..Namaste

I've been celibate for over 4 years now... completely soul led! I am not religious & I did not do so, as a result of reading or watching anything online. It transforms not only your mind, but your life, your awareness of yourself & others, in a powerful way! I wasn't a sex addict, but I'd had a few casual/FWB'S post my last relationship, leading up to this process/journey, which started August 2018. What Gary is saying about the attraction factor, more people need to be aware of; if you are drawn to someone for sex, then you will draw others in looking for the same thing. Sex focused connections rarely ever turn into something meaningful, because there wasn't any "genuine" foundation... the "foundation" was built on the ego desires of lust, which has NOTHING to do with love. However, the chemicals that are activated in the brain post sex, tend to confuse people about how they "Feel" about the person they are sharing their body with, & this often creates discord. My last relationship turned toxic & abusive. It started on sex with a coworker, & we had ALOT of it. Barely a couple months later, we moved in together & within a month, there were red flags of his insecurities, which I noticed, but brushed off & should not have, considering I came out of a long term relationship with a narc barely a year before. I'm not saying everyone needs to go celibate to gain clarity on their intimate connections & their sexual energfy. What I am saying, is that there is alot of self awareness that is being avoided & even discarded from a COLLECTIVE standpoint, for the sake of a romp in bed with a good looking, "attractive" person that you've got your eye on. Too many "spiritual" coaches preaching sexual freedom, or "conscious" sex, with multiple partners. We all can have inflated ego tendencies when we see something we want & that tends to end up disregarding any real logic or intuition that may be trying to warn us, or provide us clarity about a person or situation that is not in our highest good. People get so lost, or caught up in sex & wanting to claim rights to do what they want with their bodies. Yet this projects a massive amount of ignorance, in the process. If you are not aware of yourSelf, then you will avoid being mindful of what sort of energies you are being drawn to in others, who are also lacking self awareness & this can manifest into some pretty unhealthy dynamics. Really what it comes down to, is that casual sex is a trauma response & it happens, when you don't want to be tied down, or you don't want to be "in a commitment" with another person... but all this really says, is that you have not yet committed to YOUR SELF in a way, to where you would understand how to have a healthy commitment with another, where you could still thrive & have your own sovereignty. This is not the type of energy that is being built or fostered, within connections that involve making your vulnerable physically, before you exchange the vulnerabilities that matter most; mental, emotional & spiritual. You have to be willing to give yourSelf the grace & the time, to heal the parts of you that run away through multiple sexual partners, while understanding WHY you are unconsciously choosing this form of running from yourSelf in the first place. Everything STARTS with you. You are (the) Source of everything you draw in & are drawn towards. When you change that perspective, that approach, then the desire for those that resonate with that type of energy, dissipates. You no longer find that person ATTRACTive sexually, even if you find them attractive physically, You won't pursue a connection in that way, from a place of lustful urges to "Be" with them physically, or want to, because the previous energy no longer exists in YOU, to be drawn towards those carrying it. After over 4 years of celibacy, clearly former relationships from my energy (THAT has been an interesting process in how its occurred!) I can acknowledge when I find a man attractive physically, &/or even qualities of his mind, or if he has kids, how attractive he is as a father figure. Yet the desire to want HIM/them, isn't there. I have clarity on what is for me & what isn't, & I have peace in that. I look at those around me, friends who are in loving, committed relationships, as a manifestation of what I am drawing into my life, without "trying" to put my focus there too much, because you don't need to. The first focus, is ALWAYS, who you are being for YOU... THAT is the POINT of attraction. THAT is zero point/the Source of how we connect & what we are drawn to. This is why men who know how to control their sexual desire/semen are so intense & why the women who have healed through mastering their sexual energy, are so intimidating. It's not a force thing, its a FOCUS. The man with a main girl & side chicks, is NOT a powerful man. The man (or woman) who thinks its "cool' to have/get whoever they want, whenever they want, are weakened souls & at the mercy of their wounded, conditional ego. He is an illusory manifestation of the ego/shadow Self, running the/his show. Yet a man (or woman) committed to INNER alignment, & choosing to align/commit to ONE partner, can be/do/create ANYTHING, because their foundation with-in themselves, is built on love & respect, so they attract that & honor that in ONE person... as with-in, so with-out. A masculine & feminine aligned with Divine/Christ Consciousness with-in themselves, draw that in with their opposite, & as a result, help heal the collective consciousness.

Being addicted to service (& workaholism) absolutely has a negative side like any other addition. The speaker has made it clear number of times that having a good life has its foundations in intentions. Love is the only way to transform fear. A visualization I like to help with this from author Sanaya Roman, is to imagine the part of you that is feeling fear and talk to it like you would a small child, care for it, acknowledge it, love it, cradle it. Don't try to ignore it, or make yourself wrong for feeling fear, that will only make it worse.

@@lewishowes Oh man.. this is what I have been looking for. This person is a beautiful soul, so humble and peaceful. Emotional awareness , love, authentic self, Universe cause and effect.. all these were known to me before but just intellectual understanding. Now, the explanation in this interview hit hard. This piece of information. Create more like this.. I can't find enough words to thank you. ❤️
