In 2018 I fell down my basement stairs. Bashed up my knee pretty bad. My pace was absolutely destroyed for runs. I felt defeated starting at the bottom again. Decided if I was going to start at the bottom I would go further than I had ever run before.
In 2019 I trained and ran in my first (and to date my only) 21k run. Finishing in April 2019. Here are my runs and my tracking it as I trained. I would post each one onto a calender to keep track and documented to keep myself accountable.
