Always keep in mind to keep your hips low and eyes up, try to keep your eyes up instead of looking down, you will find your footwork to be much better as progressing through these, also to stay on your toes and try to keep off of your heels as much as possible

one thing i learned about this drill is if you think too much of what foot you're going to use, you're going to mess up the routine. it's not bad to make a mistake though. just keep doing it until it feels natural. it also help to swing your arms accordingly. icky shuffle is my favorite here.

I'm naturally a slow runner, slow with both pace and acceleration, my time with short distance run like 100m, 200m, 400m are really bad, but I'm really good at mid-long distance race like 800m, 1600m, 3000m and even some x-country race. Is this training going to help with acceleration? If so, by how much normally? I want to know because I don't want to waste time training with these routines if they are not too useful for my body type. Thanks.

@AlucardMorgurth

@raulmar1968

@moshetortomasi6257

the ladders come in a range from 3 to about 6 meters. Most trainers use the shorter ones but you can fold the longer ones in half so that people with more endurance or higher fitness levels can use it too.
