I will release full routine(set) when I finish it. 1st attempt was not so bad but still I see now clearly that Asgard Gods sets 😅 wont be that easy to do for common mortal Like me..🧔 This is Just 1st part of the set as I couldnt continue to other excercises when failed on 10 pistols (did 7). Honestly pullups kills core much more than I tought and core is the most important on pistols squats so this one Will be a tough swine to slaughter.. Also I really couldnt catch a breath for 8th rep rather than failing on it thats why I droped the bell - it felt so hard since 1st rep that I am actually happy I got 7. We must set hard and tough goals to keep improving. I wont tell more for now about the set but original Will be Done with 60kg and contain 2 more excercises. Its all one big set, minimal to no rest in between. Stay tuned I rested for this 4 days now I see I need much better prep...
