Dunno but can't see my previous comment so repeating it here. Just wow X 1000. Every video just gets better and better with time. Thanks Safa. Really enjoyed the expert camera work and beautiful drone footage. Also impressive was the number of hikers miles away from their cars. The beach ending was the icing on the great experience that I used as last part of my two hour spin session. Thanks again. Way to go.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼💪🏼💪🏼🤗🤗🤗

Since Payson brought up John Tomac I will contribute a story about him. He trains his son, Eli who is a mutli-time pro MX/SX champion. Anyway several years ago the two of them were on a training ride on MTBs. John took a bad digger and fractured/ dislocated one of his elbows. He then rode an hour and a half back to the truck. He's still a stud...

sick! I have a trek checkpoint sl5 and it rips- great to see you guys putting this stuff out there. gets me stoked for my rides. if you think of it could you address the height and proportional adjustments many make to the stem to drop it more for road winds, but for terrain like you're riding. curious any thoughts on what changing the line of the front fork to hands ratios affects the control center. i get the basics, but wanting to drop my front end a bit and wonder how to figure in the factory designed geometry, as i do a ton of mtn bike single track and also road traverses. sorry long question- cheers Brian SAFA

I have a checkpoint sl I built up last year for gravel/touring that's now my only bike. I keep the stack pretty high compared to most roadies and just bend my elbows more in the drops to get under the wind when I'm going fast. I also have 2cm wider bars than they normally spec on my size frame and I feel like it gives me better confidence on gravel than my old bike that had super narrow bars. I just roll my wrists in when I want to go fast on the roads to get my elbows closer together.

So you're on the top of a (relatively) deserted hill, nothing around, maybe some hikers, coyotes, occasional mountain lion...all fair and good- but tell me, why, oh why is there a newspaper dispenser, with newspapers in it, up there? I mean, it's nice to put one in your jersey on a cold morning, and I remember when print papers actually were a thing, but on top of a mountain in the LA outback? is it for the 4 legged locals to keep up with the town? And if I put in my quarter and take out two, will anyone notice?
