They induce me into a coma for 2 days woke up an said where my phone gotta see coach Carl came home I did not 50 of your squats cause I've been in that bed I did your shadow now I'm about to go outside with my 3;pound weights it's 95 here in the NC I love you couch sorry my spelling bad but I'm keep working love you ain't no coma going beat me or stop my training you said you wanna see my training I don't wanna be seen until I master your work thank you you by biggest inspiration

And I don't cheat on my squats I move wrong I start ova I getting kinda gd at it I did 65 before I went out of form an I started all over

@@coachcarl757_fitness hey coach like I said did 65 squats perfect form them docs was amaze they had to let me go I'm out here north Carolina in the building if god give me 1 percent to show them I'm awoke on that slab I'm give him a hundred percent I know he real an his life for me ain't no joke gods will I be 40 with my first grand child showing them dont give up so God telling me to tell you you doing good coach look at your surroundings people love you an anything you need or want god put it on my heart to help I don't have much but I can tell you a man with a purpose that doesn't require much I also design clothes an if you want your own brand holla coach I will make all of it your own merch square business

Coach Carl, 25JUN I did 5 sets of 30 Row-N-Ride; 150. 30 seconds later, I did 1 set of throwing a 100 punches (different angles, combinations, and shots. Right afterwards, I did 1 sets of 25 Jumping Jacks, a total of 5 sets each; 500/125. 30 seconds later, I did 1 set of 30 Heisman Leg Raises. Right afterwards, I did 1 set of 30 Chain Breakers, a total of 5 sets each; 150/150. Later on that night, I did 5 sets of 20 pushups. 4 sets of 20 Dumbbell Front Shoulder Raises with the palm of my hand face the ceiling. 4 sets of 20, two 5 pound plates press together in the praying position, in front of my chest extending them outward from chest. 3 sets of 20 Dumbbell in front of my chest, in the vertical position, raises it upwards above my head. 3 sets of 20 Dumbbell behind my head, in the vertical position, raises it upwards above my head. 3 sets of 15 Dumbbell Shoulder Press. Afterwards, I iced my shoulders for 30 minutes. After every workout I either ice down or use pain ointment or cream or heat or massage. Then I soak in hot water for 30 minutes with episome salt and apple cider vinegar.
