Excellent video. Great catch with the class 50. Very nice of the guy guiding the freight train into the worksto let you film there. Superb angle. Its not just a tram it's a Sheffield supertram . Thanks Pete.

Very enjoyable video Pete. Those Hanson class 50's have eluded me from day one mate, so you were lucky to get at least one of them and i'm glad you caught 008 on film. I've been very busy of late so only just catching up with the videos. So if i've mised a previous one don't worry, i'll find it eventually. All the best Pete, Colin.

Thanks, mate. I'm glad you enjoyed it, Colin. No doubt you will bag an H&H class 50 soon, buddy. I keep missing them, too, lol. They are always bobbing around here with them based at Knottingley. I've not really seen them do anything special yet apart from some stock moves!!!. Keep safe mate

Lovely video again Pete, sad you are still missing Charlie,we all are mate. I presume the Class 50 was going through Barnsley as that is the line from Sheffield, that would have been nice to see, as I don't know if any have gone through Barnsley. The first shot on your video was intriguing, was it an old railway house, as it couldn't be nearer to the track. Loved the shunting of the Sand Train, you will have to go to Monk Bretton to see the sand train reverse up to the glass works. Keep up your good work and keep safe.

Northing wrong with your videos Pete, this was a great account of how you spend your time when out and about. Great that you got two shots of the class 50 plus that shunting at the end. Oh yes you waffle on as much as you like Pete as I enjoy your chats, plus I've just come across a photo I have of Charlie on my computer so I will never forget him.

Thanks a lot Pete, it’s always good to hear what you have to say as the video starts. Always liked your flexibility around Donny Station. I used to be like that, but now I seem to stick, to the bottom of platform 3. Hopefully going to Donny & Mexborough this coming Thursday, Martin S, as asked me to let him know if I am going, and if he’s not working, he probably will come down, take care mate.

The Thunderer passed me coming through wombwell. I never check what's coming through there as it's always boring northern stuff. So that will teach me, eh? But I did get a horn and turned round to acknowledge the driver. I'm sure he was laughing at me, stood there open-mouthed. And damn I couldn't get my phone out as had me hands full 🤣 but you got some superb shots! 👍

Always enjoy the videos Pete, look forward to them, especially the steam trains brings back childhood memories, still a bit hard with Charlie I know but you’ll get there, I’ve just recently lost my best friend of 43 yrs relationship gutted isn’t the word, but animals or humans either way it’s hard when they go, keep your pecker up, you’ll get there x

Why do some signals rapidly sequence from green/ yellow to red whilst the train is still passing whilst others allow the whole train length to pass before changing ?
