If Africa want to be independant and rich like China, Africa need to folow the path of China. CHEAP LABOR FOR MULTINATIONAL COMPANIES. It will look like slavery at first since low wages and long hours to work but this SACRIFICE need to be done to get out of poverty and get Industries, Knowledge, Technology, Manufacturing....and improving Infrastrctures, building more houses, hospitals, schools, Money isn't going to fall from the sky. Attract FOREIGN INVESTMENT..to create more jobs...OPEN TRADE..to sell products..EXPORT MORE...;to get more foreign money..>>>> force all citizen (18 years and more) to work and pay taxes, educate the children to be succesful, to work hard, protect family, be educated, be united, ...love the country. MAKE AFRICA GREAT. - Stop violence, segregation between tribes/ethnic/nationalities/religion, stop this victim mentality;......AFRICAN CHILDREN CAN'T SUCCED BECAUSE AFRICANS PARENTS are bad example. The culture is destroying the unity. - Protect families = Parents should be responsible for their children. Children born from single mothers will have hard time to succed than children from 2 parents. Keep the family united. - Send children to schools, be harsh on them to get good grades, to study hard - Create a new culture of love, respect, honor, hardwork, humility, kindness, ..... - Thow all corrut african leaders and throw those who are corrupt again to crocodile. If african have jobs = africans can support their family and have more money = Jobs help to pay taxes = Taxes go to Gouvernement to create new houses, infrastructures, hospitals, schools, social programs, to protect citizen, ..... ALL AFRICA NEED IS JOBS......TO HAVE JOBS, you need to ATTRACT FOREIGNERS TO INVEST IN AFRICA WITH JOBS that others don't want to do. Capitalist companies need profits, so they need CHEAP WORKER. USE IT. BE SMART. It will take a lot of years but the success in the end will be good for the next african generation. (All those young black males trying to reach europe are traitors). AFRICA need those black males to work to make AFRICA GREAT. They don't think about the country, they only think about themselves and wonder why AFRICA is still poor. Love Africa first. Make it great.

Guys, I'm British, but the African continent was ruined by both, British traders would trade Guns and alcohol (mostly wine and Gin) for 'slaves' basically anyone not from your country, so prisoners of war, farmers crafts man etc. this caused all the nations without guns to lose battles, and be also forced to trade poeple for guns. Afterwards the Europeans decided to actually start taking full control of land which in short, meant giving themselves all the fertile rich land and making locals work for them and banishing locals to dry or otherwise nutrient-less soil. Of course, you could argue since their independence they should have built infrastructure and developed, but judging a country based on a comparison to a time your country went through before you were born is pointless. And lastly, Africans did have society granted European didn't or didn't want to believe these civilisation existed but they did, The Ethiopian Empire ( which once traded as far east as china), The city of Zimbabwe, and many others besides all were great empires and civilisations for their time, but alas most history lessons (especially outside of Europe and Africa itself) don't seem to value any of this.

(CHANGES ARE IN THE WINGS)---------------------------------------------------------------And many people are waking up to the upcoming changes which will include a new financial system that will not tolerate wars, poverty, nations fighting each other, conflicts and so forth. --------------------------------------The interesting part of this new financial system? Its going to be dominated by China and Africa. in fact, the new financial system is going to be backed by Africa's resources, which will make the one Africa currency the most valuable. -----------------------------------------The entire financial system is going to be gold backed, but the value of every nations currency will be based on the amount of natural resources they have. But here is the best part, since Zimbabwe has more natural resources than any other nation on this earth, it is being used to represent the one African currency and will be leading Africa, combined with China, to dominate the financial system. ----------------------------------------------------Now, with that in place, every trade made on the global stage, big or small, Africa gets a certain percentage. This cash flow is going to be used to build and modernize the entire African continent. Black people's enemies are going to have to live with it,

First, you need to cut it in half and run the rails from Nigeria to the Indian Ocean, all on standard gauge rails. Second, you need to raise it up a little to get out of South Sudan and the Central African Republic. There is no need for a railroad where the situation is so unstable. After all of that, it will be easy to swing west, and connect the with those western countries, and harder to connect with South Sudan and the Central African Republic. Forget the Chinese. America needs to take the leadership on this project.

The continent of Africa is one of the world’s greatest caches (possibly the greatest) of natural resources and has been a target of exploitation for decades; its current infrastructure is designed to serve that purpose. Africa’s people have not benefited relative to the enormous wealth that has been extracted and exported. The African nations along the proposed railway need that extension as well as highways to support local economic exchange, to help expand trade between its nations, and to secure greater self determination over its regional and global economy .

It’s seeing clearly that this railway line will serve China. China will steal the riches of Africa more easily. because if you look at the countries where the line passes, the countries where agriculture is intense and the closest port to china. Of course, Djibouti. If this train line is to be made for African people, it should be in the north-south shape.

Too many African nations are landlocked. This hurts them greatly.
