My takeaway - How do you describe who am I . Your analogy of explaining” I am “ as a brick of houses is very effective . Our attachments such as name , family, likes , dress, religion, football team, favourite foods, friends are all bricks . What we need to realise is that these are temporary - and the more bricks we have , the more set in our ways we become and the more problems we have. We are not the bricks in the house but in fact the “light “ in the house and this is written as “Aapana mool pashhan” (recognise who you really are ) ie you are the light and not the bricks . Your lectures have drawn me closer to Sikhi and spirituality. Your interpretation of the Guru grant sahib resonate with (non Sikh) modern day teachers like Sadhguru and Echart Tolle - (the New Earth) who I follow - and shows the universal truth of the Guru Granth Sahib. 🙏🏽

Thank you so much Sir for sharing such a valuable lesson of Gurbani. I am fond of Guru Nanak Dev Ji since the age of 11th when I read about Guru Nanak Dev Ji in my textbook. My first and last wish is to read, learn, understand Gurbani and apply it in daily life. Forgive me if I said something wrong.

Trying to Putting his talks into decide facts 1. Aliveness= the energy = scientific defination of energy as we all know is " energy can't be created nor destroyed, only can change it's form" and we all are that energy in just diffrent form 2. Talking about thoughts and the example of waking up with alarm. This is scientifically proven that our thoughts or decisions we make , is already made one sec. Before before coming in your conciseness. 3. Talking about the fact of we alive and we are here , we are the uncut part of that chain which is coming from million and Mullin years ago even before the dinosaurs .. And it's already proven in science also , that our age is not what we think.. it's much older then that .. 4. And other fact of science is the water we drink daily life .. their is atleast one drop in that water which was available at the time of dinosaurs and even before that.. 5. Talk about the waves in universe (naam) that also proved by science and as gurus said this is all over and science is proven that the universe is still expanding . I am not a expert.. I just love science facts and love the sikhi .. and get amazing that gurus said so many things , A way long back and it's proving by science in modern world.
