Thanks, looks fun🎉. A) How well powered is the kite … like good power with boom 1/2 way? B) How do you make shure, that board dont stick to the botton, when making standing starts?

Here are shallow water starts kzitem.info/news/bejne/2alun2qDnYWrhGk. The boom=bar placement is based on how much wind and size of kite and size of board and size of rider. Bigger board= less power needed. Bigger rider = more power needed. Small kite, less wind= more aggressive flying. Big kite more power = cautious flying of kite. It's a feeling that starts with knowing what to expect from your equipment and abilities.
