Ajuga, also known as bugleweed, is a terrific ground cover. It spreads via trailing rhizomes. I grows about 4-6 inches tall and has beautiful purple blooms. Most grow in zones 4-8 and they're relatively evergreen which means they have pretty green leaves most of the winter months. I have had such good luck with mine and it's a beautiful addition to the garden. Also in this video I took after the invasive salmonberries that fight to try to take over my yard. Unlucky for them I continually rip them out and cut them back every chance I get. Eventually, I'm hopeful I will eradicate them in my garden beds. (Wish my luck) Lastly, I planed a beautiful fluffy dwarf Alberta Spruce. It will grow to be 6 ft tall by 3 ft wide and is hardy up to a zone 4. I'm very excited about this little tree. What a beautiful addition!
Thanks for watching,
Emma
