Interesting that alot of cryteria for tramatic arrest indicates no cpr needed. Yet most states and hospitals seem to be going by ACLS guidelines for a traumatic cardiac arrest. I disagree with the standard no cpr needed for traumatic arrest like the message you pushed in the video. Since we won't know exactly what is causing the traumatic arrest. There's really no saying weather or not it will work. The whole goal with cpr is to prevent brain death. If people do what your algorithm suggests they ensure brain death no matter what the cause is. While fixing reversible causes is extremely important, unless the heart is completely seized, or run out of blood to pump, cpr should at least help.
