Kristina, I need this video ten years ago when I "relapsed" on my vegan diet because we were traveling overseas every couple of months! I first went vegan in 2005 and have been mostly vegan since and totally vegan again for over a year. I think veganism has definitely changed in these last few years and it seems much more doable to be vegan all over the world! This was not the case between 2005 and 2010! Things are changing and we're so excited to be a part of it! Now we're raising four vegan kids! The future is VEGAN!

The most important thing is to have your soul right with the Lord Jesus Christ, it's good to eat right but it is more important to have your salvation in Jesus and what he did on the Cross at Calvary so we can have eternal life. No matter how healthy you are the body will die some day, and we live with Christ or be eternally separated from him. There is only one way to be saved and have eternal life forever and that is when you except Jesus Christ into your heart and believe in his blood sacrifice for our sins. Today is your day of Salvation.

eva800 sugar ages us fast.raw food ages us fast. See all raw foodist and they all look old. In my culture, in vedas, undoubtedly the biggest guide of the world in terms of health and everything else. It clearly mentions that we should eat mostly cooked food as its easy to digest. People have lived over 100 years on avg in india consuming tons of dairy, wheat gluten. They believed in being happy. Happiness is the key and not food that much alone.they believed in family and emotional well being.

aggarwal545 you have a point. Of course,I did noticed that as well how all these "vegans" and raw food eaters look a lot older. Very wrinkle-lee faces. I appreciate Kristina, she means well but something is not balanced .........

eva800 have you actually seen her in person? Because I have, and she looks different. 1. She’s tiny! 2. She glows. I honestly think some people look better off camera than on and maybe she’s one of them. I’m the same age as her and I’m 80 percent sure I look older. 😂😂😂 that might be because I weigh more though!

I grew up in Japan and tried to be a vegan 12 years ago, but it was very hard because in Japan people ate so much meat. When I moved to Northern CA six years ago, I was amazed how easier it was to not eat meat in US. There're vegan and even raw vegan sections in grocery stores, and fruit is less expensive than in Japan. I've never seen dates, raw nuts and seeds, and vegan alternative products in grocery stores in Japan, and if they happen to have mangos they're super expensive. I'd been in Japan for 24 years and never met people who didn't eat meat. I've been in US for 6 years and met many people who don't eat meat. In US, there're many people who eat meat but also many people who don't. There's an established vegan culture, which makes it easier for people to transition to and maintain a vegan lifestyle. We all live in certain cultures and are constantly affected by them, and it's difficult to have a lifestyle that's very different from the larger culture. Choosing a lifestyle is a personal choice, but we can never ignore the cultural context.

I started eating vegetables only for the last two months. I feel much better when I don’t eat meat or gluten or grains. Ive been having stomach pains after eating all this meat and rice, bread and potatoes. It’s been like that for the last 7 years and I never changed my diet until I saw your videos and decided to give it a try by becoming fully raw vegan. This is gonna be a tough ride but You and other vegans have inspired me to make better and healthier choices. So I thank you guys.

She may of never been one. - Hardly eats any of the food she makes in the video - Poses with food/drink to her mouth in thumbnail (Gives the notion she's drinking it), but doesn't in the video. - Always uses 'love, peace' bullshit to appease the peasants. - Excessive expressive control, she knows how to con people through language. - I could go on, but really people are too ignorant to see it, they live in a fantasy land. It seems pretty obvious as veganism is not sustainable and never will be (Your brain will literally shrink), we aren't designed to digest plant food (fiber, anti-nutrients, phytotoxins). If you want to see good health, kzitem.info/news/bejne/w3isz62PcmqWeII (Eats raw grass-fed organ, meat, NO PLANTS).

though the whole world is predominantly meat eating....india is proportionally high in vegetarians....and i am going to break a bombshell here....the world currently does not have 7 billion people but more like half that number.....and the country with the most vegetarians is the sole country on earth with a billion and a half people [almost half the world's population]....i arrived at this from months of thorough research analysing google earth minutely for virtually every country.....there are only 2-2.5 billion non vegetarians on the planet and certainly the current earth cannot sustain 7 billion meat eaters....mark my words countries that are high per capita consumers of factory farmed meat are going to see more rapid decline of population unlike anything they've experienced before and many of their cities will go empty within this century [unless they rally against industrial meat and moderate their consumption of meat].....its nature's way of cleaning up the mess humans have created.

To be honest eating only raw vegetables can actually hurt your digestion. Food is naturally easier to break down in your digestive system when it is cooked. I have gastritis and other stomach issues and find when I eat a lot of raw food it makes me GI issues a lot worse. I would honestly talk to your doctor before drastically changing your diet especially if you have chronic health issues bc just bc one diet might be good for one person doesn’t mean it can’t seriously harm or be bad for another person. KZitemrs are doctors and just bc one person says raw vegan is the only way to go doesn’t mean it is the best diet for anyone. Good luck with your health issues and I hope they have gotten better since you posted this awhile ago :)
