Great area to visit. I always like som wine tasting. But I remember that if you want space and not to many people you better stay away from the more popular holiday months! 😊

This was super informative. I wrote down that global entry card information. I definitely plan to use that. Going to San Diego was such a good idea.

Yes GE is great for both land and air border crossing! But it was worth my entire payment for expediting customs at the land crossing. Thanks for watching!

I'm gonna have to mark this one down for future Mexico trip. Love me a good winery tour. Ah driving through dirt and muddy roads. Went through that in New Zealand. Great tips on the private driver. The food and wine has got me salivating.

I'm definitely iffy on those rideshare apps. Hiring a driver would be best especially since I wanna avoid stranger danger 🙅🏾♀️

Great info on crossing the border. I've recently been looking into a road trip from Ontario to Baja California and the peninsula - so this is very timely. Great info on the wineries too - always interested in learning about the wines. I'm a red wine drinker mostly - and really like Malbec, Cab Sauv, and bold reds - how were the wineries from a reds perspective? That hacienda looked great - the pool would be awesome.

Now that would be an epic road trip! I know someone who drove their camper van down and camped out in Baja California. Pretty cool experience. Glad I could share the border crossing info. And I love Malbec! I would say I was impressed with the reds. But I wish I could’ve tried a Malbec to compare. I ran out of time to do so.

Great info and very detailed info about the border crossing. I saw the menu was in English - is it fairly easy to navigate the wine tours and restaurants in that area if one doesn’t speak Spanish?

Yes it is. You are able to get both Spanish and English menus. Thanks for watching!

So that global entry tip is gold! I tell everyone that TSA precheck is worth it, but this is a whole other level haha. It's cool seeing wine tours there. I worked with some friends from the area and they loved it. Thanks again!

What’s the difference between that jalapeño cheese and pepper jack cheese like you get up here.
@KitatheExplorer
2 ай бұрын
Basically the difference is the taste just as a jalapeño pepper tastes different when it eating it. That cheese you will actually taste the jalapeño flavor in it which pepper jack doesn't have.

@@KitatheExplorer can you get that in the United States?

The cheese we had in Mexico I haven't seen it in the US or at least not in the regular grocery story. Could possibly be a specialty store but I'm not sure. When I touch base with my friend that went I will have to see if she checked.
