Lounge access is a game changer! Worth it to just relax before your flight. I always take my journal because the new portal brings so many 💡 ideas

I just travelled to Europe and I found myself experiencing similar struggles, especially the maintenance appointments. I also really focused my mindset to reaffirm that travel is easy and effortless and successful. When my family and I returned we all kept saying how easy and smooth the travel was the entire trip.

Just got home from a weekend trip to Mexico with hubby. He let me plan everything and it worked out SO much better than when he does, lol! We did lounges, first class, a private driver, private tours, hidden gem condo, and he let me pack for him as well. It went so smooth AND ended up costing LESS than our budget. We had so much fun and so much good sex, haha!

I pack “no stress dresses.” Light weight dresses that I can just throw on and don’t require mental labor to mix and match with shoes, pants, etc. Also, 1~2 pairs of shoes that match with everything As for portable gym: I have trigger point therapy balls because foam rollers are too large to travel with. I MUST MUST MUST MUST have my trigger point therapy balls with me. MUST. Or else I feel like I’m dying or can’t get relief. And I bring my acupressure mat. It’s lightweight and takes up no space anyway because it’s made of sponge/foam. And guasha tools. I use it on my body instead of my face for lympathic drainage Otherwise, you have everything else covered 🥰

I’m a generator and this 100% resonates with me when traveling - I have same love hate relationship where I miss my routine and don’t feel need to escape but rather want to travel because I feel called to go have that experience. But diet, exercise, routine and sleep gets thrown off everytime :( thanks for your tips Mina!

Great tips, thank you! I'm reading the video transcript in an airport. My husband's family always asks why I fly home a few days earlier than he does... If I tried to keep up with everything they do all day everyday I would end up in the hospital.

Always blows me away how on point and divinely timed your streams are for me😅😅😅 We just went out of town and got so overwhelmed by the hoards of people, I ended up telling him I couldn’t handle it and we went to a more lowkey part of the city we were visiting

I totally relate to this! It was hard to accept and admit that I don’t do well in crowds. Now I plan accordingly. ❤️ We can’t do the normal tourist pedestrian thing and that’s ok.

@@Theuniverseguru Exactly, I was like, “Let’s go to the tourist hotspot because it’s ‘the thing to do’” there and it was too much 😩 Just like you said, If I can’t handle over crowded places in my hometown, definitely can’t do it in other places

Love all of this! Thank you Mina! Someone's comment reminded me of my best travel tip which I got from my husband - I keep a bag of toiletry items fully packed at all times so I can just grab it when I travel. It was expensive getting a second bottle of all of these items but so worth it! Makes my packing time so much faster and easier.

Love this so much. I am a Human Design Generator and still resonated with elements you shared. To aid with packing, I always have a bag ready with an outfit or two, liquids, and other essentials - this way, I'm only editing my travel bag and not constantly unpacking and repacking (I travel every month and sometimes twice or three times a month). Thank you for sharing your insights! Happy future travels! ✈

Mina just a suggestion - pls do videos where there is no window behind you, your face is not as clearly visible as it is in some of the other videos where you have an opaque wall behind you, the focus then becomes your face.

Hi Mina. I resonate with the point about home being the best vacation space. My routine at home includes sleeping early and waking up early which does not happen on a vacation necessarily and that kind of derails my day where I don't know where I am in my day without my morning time out. Any suggestions?
