Thank you so much! I want to travel on Gaps Intro stage 3 but I am going to Mexico from the US to a hotel without Kitchen. How do you shop, wash dishes etc? Could you make a vlog video with your day traveling while on Gaps? I would love to watch!

Thank you so much for your video! It’s so helpful because I’m going on a winter trip with my family and we’re flying to Philadelphia. What have you been able to get away with on the plane in terms of intro gaps friendly foods. I’m thinking of Kiefer greens going through security, and I wonder if cream could go through security too.😂 frozen meat stock maybe….?

Thank you for all your very informative video's! I planning on starting next week with the gaps diet. I know that it will probably take two years to heal my body but is it possible to go to a restaurant on the gaps diet? I go very often for a lunch or diner with friend or family. How did you do that?

Thanks for your videos! Can you suggest me how to plan to store foods for a 9 mo baby with GAPS diet for a 2 nights getaway? I’m planning to go for glamping with the whole in-laws families, with no fridge in a room.

You're welcome! That's a great question. I haven't done any traveling on GAPS with no refrigerator, but I will think on it and do some research!

Hi, im new to your channel. Im want to start the gaps because in December of last year they said I had ulcer. The doctors did not restrict me from eating anything but just take the medication. But no help, came across gaps and then your page. But it makes me nervous because your literally stoping everything for a year or two from what the gaps book say. I guess my question is 1. Meat stock and meals from stage 1 when it comes to working how do you go about heating your food? They suggest not to microwave. Since i work it seems to be a little hard i guess in my head to go about this.

GAPS is very helpful for people with ulcers. In the very beginning you eat all the meat, cooked vegetables, and meat stock you want. In the full GAPS diet you eat many more things, most foods except grains, starches, and sugar. You're on the right track, and you can do this! :)

Any tips on starting gaps in summer? Unfortunately I've left doing this really late so I'm now beginning in 35c (Spain). The thought of stocky warm soups is really not appealing when all my body craves is salads and fruit :/

Great question! When I did GAPS, I actually started in the late spring as well, so I had the same thing though the summer! 😄 It really depends on how much time your body needs to go through the intro stages. If you need to stay on those first few stages for a while, you'll be having soups and meat stock in summer. I tried to not eat mine piping hot, but more just gently warm, and that helped. Sour cream is a nice refreshing topping for soup. If you are moving through the intro stages more quickly, you'll be to the stages where fresh vegetables and fruits are allowed pretty soon. Just listen to your body, and do what you need to do. It is so worth it to just to do intro the right way, no matter what the weather. Hope that helps! Sending well wishes your way!

@@BumblebeeApothecary Thank you so much. I always appreciate you answering in so much depth. I know I just need to brave it out but I've been on so many failed cleanses and detoxes, it;s overwhelming to start again. Especially after 6 years of veganism. I don;t gravitate to meat so it's very hard to eat it all day. Do people loose weight quickly throughout the first stages? I gained so much weight/inflammation due to candida that no matter what I do will not go away. I'm praying this will budge it.

@@sorchx You're very welcome! I know, I tried so many things that didn't work before GAPS, too, including vegan. I was wary of starting something so heavy in animal products after trying vegan, but once I started, my body loved it. I knew it was the right thing, right away. Some people lose weight, and some people gain it. I actually needed to gain it, which I did. I think that when you nourish your body properly, it balances weight out to what it should be. I hope that helps! Sending well wishes!
