Here I take an unusual and rarely scrambled grade 2 line from the valley next to the Watkin Path up to Snowdon's South Ridge. I found this route in Steve Ashton's "Scrambles in Snowdonia" which is sold on Amazon - amzn.to/3QqJvej
This scramble is fun in the dry, but I would imagine it treacherous in the wet.
The gully is blocked by a huge slab which must be avoided and I took the left "water-worn runnel" which offered excellent scrambling on solid rock before I traversed back into the gully.
