I don't want to seem negative, but you guys are bending the bottom arm _much too early,_ and not twisting the torso enough-especially seats 1 and 2. Number 3 is getting it though, especially on his left side. Important: the bottom arm must remain *straight* _as it sweeps past the seat_ ( then you can bend it, behind, prior to the recovery ).
