WoW Gabriel really Awesome trek. I must say that you along with Jacob Laukaitis and Bald and Bankrupt have been my inspirations to do travel logs as a travel enthusiast that I am. You were the first one I started to watch. I am from The United States born and bred and I've been living in Envigado, Medellin, Rionegro and Guarne in Colombia for roughly 22 years now. You've gotta put Medellín down on one of your future travel destinations. From here you can go to Peñol Rock, Guatape, Santa Fe de Antioquia (a colonial town) and Rio Claro. All very nice places to visit and document with your travel vlogs. Look them up and see what I'm talking about. If you want some good trekking areas in Colombia, consider La Sierra Nevada near Santa Marta, El Nevado del Ruiz near Manizales and El Nevado de Santa Isabel. You can actually see Santa Isabel from Nevado del Ruiz. I trekked El Nevado del Ruiz back in 2003 but have no video footage of that. Have a good one wherever you are brotha'.

Honestly the part I remember the most was the food :-) BTW - 90 days is typical so that the pratitioner can detox from their normal life and fully emmerse themselves in the retreat. Also many people feel some level of elevation sicknes and focusing on the teachings is more difficult until after 30+ days.
