We're making the viral TikTok Scrambled Oats! A great easy, healthy recipe you can enjoy any time.
Here's what you'll need:
- Oatmeal
- 1 Very ripe banana
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 TBS of greek yogurt
- 1 egg
Directions:
1. Pour oatmeal into a bowl and mash in the banana. Add in your additional ingredients and stir to combine. 2. Spread into a pan on your cooktop over medium high heat. 3. Flip when you see air bubbles. 4. Break up with your spatula when golden brown. 5. Remove from the pan into a bowl and add in extra yogurt, fruit and a bit of honey.
