misconception is that she was in there in underwear, and caught shoplifting. she was NOT partially nude, she was wearing athletic shorts that were covered by her t shirt. she also was not jailed for shop lifting, but for failure to complete a diversion program related to her shoplifting. in fact the shop lifting was 2 years prior to her arrest, in 2014. the issue was that she was wearing inappropriate attire for which she would’ve been judged, and that she was wearing blood soaked clothes for the past few days. the fact that she was not provided clothing for an extended stay is unbelievable, especially when criminals are judged based on appearance. because judges are human and impartialness is not attainable for most people. i mean really even if she wasn’t partially nude, it looked like it. she’s very lucky this judge saw through the corruption and bull

In India it is prohibited to arrest women with children at Night and especially bringing kids to the police Station. One female Police Inspector and her subordinates had arrested a female defendant and brought her to the police station at midnight with her baby. And the judge was furious and he scolded not only the IP but the whole crew of the police station and the lawyer as well. She didn't have any reasonable facts to justify her actions on arresting the lady and she was suspended indefinitely and others got station transfers. Do not abuse the authority that has been given to you. The authority is to serve the public not to oppress them.

Clever misappropriation. In real life, it was the defense attorney who complained about the lack of pants. The prosecutor was disciplined over it.

Red crystals that protect you: red Jasper, red tigers eye, garnet, carnelian etc. If you don’t have those then use: black tourmaline, bronzite, bloodstone, Stromatolite, dragons blood, Indigo Gabbro, Hematite, fluorite, Smokey quartz, Labradorite etc. Hope this helps 🤍

Cops get away with some blatant shit. But I feel like if a cop pulled a gun in a courtroom without probable cause (which even the judge can attest) isn't one of those things. It just feels like it'd be way too hard to hush up, that judge definitely isn't on the cops side

@samsonite2203

@alwayzatiger1 Yes, I know that really happened, but the show or whatever trash this is took that story and regurgitated it as this unwatchable garbage that's all I was saying. And if I recall the real story it was only the judge who gave a shit the woman had pants. She was denied feminine products as well, which is inhumane.
