ingredients (सामग्री )
बेसन,2For Shakkar Boora:
Sugar(चीनी) - 1.5 Cup
Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
For Laddoo:
Ghee(घी) - 1 Cup
Gram Flour(बेसन) - 3 Cup
Water(पानी) - Some
Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
RECIPE:
For Shakkar Boora, keep the heavy bottom pan on the flame, add Water & Sugar. Cook stirring it. Let it come to boil until the sugar gets dissolved properly. When the Sugar syrup starts thickening and it slightly turns into white color. Then turn off the flame and let it cool down by continuously stirring the mixture to avoid lumps When the mixture is completely dried, transfer it to a glass jar and if boora has lumps you can grind it in a mixer grinder and store it in a fine powder form.
For Laddoo, keep the heavy bottom pan on the flame. Put Ghee & Gram Flour & roast it on a medium flame. When the Gram Flour has roasted sprinkle some water on it (water helps to increase the granularity of gram flour) Roast it for a while to evaporate the water. Then take it out on the flame & put Cardamom Powder in it. Then let it become lukewarm & put Shakkr Boora/Tagar in it gradually & mix them well. Bind the Laddoos. Serve Besan Ladoo & enjoy. In this way, Halwai Style Besan Laddoo will be ready to serve.
TIP: Besan laddu keeps well at room temperature for a month. Keep in a clean covered jar or container in a cool dry place.
