Today I am talking about Radicchio, traditionally grown where I live in the Veneto region, north-east of Italy.
My grandfather began to grow it 60 years ago, so I thought I could share everything I know about this wonderful vegetable, taking you with me behind the scenes of its growth, harvest and packing.
