@@FoggyTimes98 That is a good question which I, unfortunately feel like I can't answer properly at this point. I guess you could say that life happened and things can be a lot more complicated than I thought it to be back then. Complicated health problems and my social life disintegrating is a big part of it. Ontop of that, the comment above was actually posted right before a relationship started, one which is currently going through quite a test if you can put it like that. I'm just realizing that I have a lot of shortcomings when it comes to dealing with problems and communicating effectively where back then I felt like everything is so simple, probably because I just haven't been in any real tricky situations back then. Anyways, I'm using so many words here but not really say much. Just tried to answer as best as I can. All the best to you on this crazy ride, stranger. 🏵️

Thank you Trevor. Living life hurts so bad, but choosing a life of harmony and compassion is a sure way to make it all worth it. Don't let the darkness lie to you.

Thank you recognizing and learning. Xoxo life is but a flash. A flash like the story book you read at group in grade-school. Think of it now and look back at those memories. Soon, you will know that life is exactly that. Time being non existent? In the afterlife you will see how it manifest for you.

How amazing to find this here! It's interesting to note that a few of the songs have seen release on subsequent albums - if I ever get to meet Trevor again I'll have to ask him if there's any chance of the rest being released as well.

The Elephant's Door is a studio album by Trevor Hall that was never commercially released. The album was set to be released by Geffen Records, until they dropped him from the label, cancelling the album. It was leaked onto the internet through BsideArchive.com and various torrent sites.

@@ZABOOMAFOO33922 hey, bside archive is me! Randomly stumbling upon this comment is so cool. I have some more insight! Trevor actually had some advance physical copies of this on CD and would sell them at concerts, though this was like a decade ago. I was lucky enough to get a copy back then and have him sign it when I met him. Plenty of these songs appeared on later projects, such as the fan favorite "The Lime Tree", "To Zion", and "31 Flavors". I have some other rare and unreleased Trevor stuff on my page!
