Most men and many women with trichomoniasis do not experience symptoms. When symptomatic, women may have a vaginal discharge with a musty odor and experience tenderness, dyspareunia, dysuria and/or pruritus. The discharge is a very pale green, watery, and sometimes frothy. The presence of cervical petechia provides a characteristic clue… commonly referred to as the strawberry cervix.
