Thank you Professor for another great video! Would you have suggestions to check for any specific macro/micronutrient deficiencies in male persons who engage in intense sexual activity (e.g. 3 times daily) who struggle with hair loss?

@@profLidiaRudnicka Everywhere on the Internet it says that sexual activity has no effect on your hair or skin (as in e.g. acne). However, I can clearly see that in my case, when I abstain for a few days, my acne is clearing up. Maybe a similar effect is true for hair loss? You know, however, that it takes quite a long time to see any effect of a hair loss therapy. This makes me wonder if my clearing of acne after abstinence is a hormonal thing, or maybe there are some free micronutrients that are available in the blood and not lost during ejaculation? For example zinc or vitamin A.
