In order to maximize sales, record companies during the 50’s (and before) would issue 78 RPM and 45RPM records - not everyone, even in 1958 which this record was released, had 45 technology.

Hi PJ. How ya doing? Got a question for you. I've got a ton of original albums that I would love to post for everybody to enjoy once I get them recorded and learn how to post them. How can I find out if any of them would be a copyright violation? Please get back to me at your earliest opportunity. Thank you :)

The honest answer is that it's a bit of a minefield. It's hard to say what's allowed or now. I lean towards the rare stuff, which is why I think I do alright

PJDooWop I was wondering because I've got a bunch of original Jo Stafford, Connie Francis, Pat Boone, Porter Wagoner, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn albums, just to name a very few, that I would love to post so they can be enjoyed by everybody and not just sit and collect dust in my collection once I get them recorded onto cd.

Cool jukebox. I definitely prefer the 1926 Victor Orthophonic Victrola VV 8-4 a lot better than this one. The reason why I have my Victrola, is where I wind them up, turns on the record on and plays. My Victrola from 1926 from Victor beats the Wurlitzer jukebox.
