I will share with you my favorite dough recipe, which I use for any baked goods - from pies to cookies, and today it will be fluffy flatbreads, but you can also make pizza! This is the perfect yeast dough without eggs, with the addition of sour cream. I have tried many other recipes, but I always come back to this one because it always turns out soft, fluffy, and never dry. You will see for yourself that even after it cools and on the second day, your baked goods will still be just as soft and delicious.
In this video, I will show you how to make flatbreads with green onions; they turn out flaky and very fluffy. But that's not all; you can add grated apples or cheese instead of onions to give the baked goods a new flavor.
I will tell you all the subtleties of making this dough so that you can easily repeat my recipe at home. You will learn how to knead the dough properly, achieve the perfect consistency, and roll out the flatbreads correctly.

🔥 About yeast (read on the packaging and measure for the dough!)
✅ 6 g of yeast if the package contains 10 g per 1 kg of flour;
✅ 7 g of yeast if the package contains 11-12 g per 1 kg of flour;
✅ 8 g of yeast if the package contains 7 g per 500 g of flour;
✅ 15 g of fresh pressed yeast.
❗ In a teaspoon without a slide - 3 g of dry yeast, with a slide - 5 g
❗ In a tablespoon, 20 g of fresh yeast
🥛 *A 200 ml cup is used for measuring ingredients
✅ Ingredients:
Warm water (38-40°C) - 150 ml = ¾ cup*
Milk 4% - 100 ml = ½ cup*
Sour cream 15% - 100 g = 5-6 tbsp.
Sugar - 20 g = 1 tbsp.
Salt - 9 g = 1 tsp.
Dry yeast (see above 🔥About yeast) - 6 g = 1.5 tsp.
Flour - 525 g (+/-) = 4 cups*
Vegetable oil - 5 ml = 1 tsp.

Fresh green onions - 200 g = 1 large bunch
Butter - 30 g = 1.5 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
✅ For brushing:
Chicken egg - 0.5 pc.
