@Muhammad Anas Ahmed he is not crazy but you are right. Fish for instance,is excellent for the heart. And how can one stop eating everything? Nuts pull up the HDL cholestrol. But he says don't have nuts. There are good fats and bad fats. Then again the body needs fats.

Thank you very much again sir for saying that all foods contain some amount of oils. I never realised that and so I used to think that our liver produces 70-80 % of cholesterol for the daily requirements and 20% comes from outside food and so I used to use little oil while cooking.Now I will use oils only for my son's food like butter and ghee till he is 18 years old.

Omega 3 is good for lowering LDL and triglycerides. I used omega 3 and now my LDL reduced to half i.e 73 and also triglycerides got half i.e 127. Sir i did practicle experiment. So how can you say omega 3 bad for heart. I can share my blood reports both before and after reports

Aapne doctor ko force to nhi kiya daalne ke liye! Shayad 30 ya 35 seating hoti hai treatment k liye complete karo. Aur indore wale doctor se baat kro achche say.
