Very beautiful! 👍 I just got one from a flea market it's way overgrown it's like 6 feet tall and only like 5 huge branches

I live in Florida and the house that I bought a few years ago has 3 Hibiscus plants (1 of which I bought and planted myself). I never thought about pruning them, but now that the tallest is 7-8 feet tall and the " shortest " is about 6 feet I wondered if I would get more blossoms with these plants brought down to size.

Wow! That's quite huge! Yeah, don't be afraid to prune them. They'll grow back easily!

how do I grow them taller? mine growing but developing too many branches and its growing horizontal

When the plant is young, you should have train it to grow upwards. You can do that by pruning the branches that leans sideways and downwards. Leaving only upright branches. It's better to train young Hibiscus than a mature one. 👍🏻
