Tripe soup, also called train station restaurants soup, is an absolute Czech classic. It's cooked in almost all households or pubs in our country.
Classical tripe soup is made from bovine forestomach- tripe.
As with all classic dishes, there are plenty of different variations.
One of them is Oyster mushroom soup, which you can see in this video.
