I've been watching this channel for years, and always find your videos encouraging, I have only made one or two of your quilts, but listening to you and watching the way you "invent" projects and patterns is so empowering! On a side note, it appears to me that recently you all have been working on lifestyle changes for better health. Great work, ladies! No matter what else one does with one's life, caring for yourself is critical. You will always be more effective if you are in your best health.

The curved pillow is wonderful for comfort following Breast Cancer surgery. I needed a second operation to clear the lymph nodes (which were also cancerous) and the pillow provided comfort between my breast and arm. Can also provide some support and comfort if you've got a sore stiff neck. Thankyou ladies.

@@Chriscreations123 Hi Chris - I will pray for your recovery. My BC was 20 years ago, and whilst I've had a few scares since, I remain cancer free. The curved pillow I had was a little smaller in size from Natalie's pattern. It was made from Lavender satin and was a gift provided by the hospital's craft group for all women undergoing BC surgery. I still have that wonderful thoughtful gift. Faith in God and a positive attitude I believe will help you heal. I still have annual check-ups and I'm 75 y.o. Thankyou for your caring - God Bless you.

Oh this is so sweet it almost makes me want to have a baby again ( 52 years old I am babies are 15 and 17.5 ) to much old age and pains but Mrs. Natalie I was wondering how would you go about making a body pillow not the long ones that you can buy at walmart but a c or a s shape kind of one for people like me with arthritis everywhere at the joints. Like making the top part a pillow or space where you can put your arm under your head without your arm going to sleep and waking up soar and stiff. I bet with the talent you all have you could invent it and I'd buy the pattern. Thank you for the video I so look forward to my Mondays and Fridays for these video.

Oh my goodness, Jenny, that brought back so many memories of my mom pulling out the silverware to use as fabric weights when I was a kid in the 70’s. She did it because she was short on pins but had no money for more. She continued to do it because she found the fabric laid flatter and her cutting was more accurate.

Great projects in such wonderful fabrics! I would have never thought to cut off the tails of the dinosaurs to make the block fit. I didn’t notice they were cut off until you mentioned it. But brilliant! Love the burp cloth and pillow, too. I have made a ton of burp cloths in the last few years, but stopped making them with with the shoulder cut out when my grandson consistently missed the burp cloth. We all got a little tired of smelling of spit up, so now I make them either straight or with a very gentle curve. It just worked out best for my family. Love your tutorials and I appreciate you all teaching me to be a better quilter. Many, many thanks.

I love the baby bib! I'm a pediatric home health nurse. My patient is on a ventilator and drools constantly. We use cloth diapers tucked under his chin but it's bulky. This would be perfect to tuck under his chin and under his head to absorb the secretions. I'm going to use 2 layers of batting into it to help absorb. Thank you for the idea!!

Natalie, you are looking more bonnier with every smile and you seem so much more confident these days. You are shrinking before our very eyes lass, and you are just looking so bonnie, i hope that your new husband is proud of his wife. Thank you ladies for another lot of needed items that we all could use to give on the birth of a new baby. Each wee quilt was bonnie in it's own way and the pillow and burping cloth, necessary and very useful. I know that it didn't matter when i changed into my going out clothes, the phantom burper would throw up all over me yet again. I'm now a granny to a 7 & 3 yr old and i still find having wet wipes in the car my best friend, lol. Jenny, could you perhaps show us how to make the quilt that is on the front of the magazine please, it looks so pretty. Have a wonderful month girls and thank you for sharing your talents with us once more. Crafty hugs from Norah, Glenochil, Scotland
